Participation in the WeeCare program is voluntary, but PEHP provides a $100 cash incentive for members who enroll in the first trimester of pregnancy, and a $50 cash incentive for enrolling in the second trimester of pregnancy. Whether or not enrollment takes place in the first or second trimester, each participant receives a free copy of the What to Expect When You're Expecting book.
