The results of Public Employees Health Program's Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2004 are in. What are our members saying about PEHP?

General Satisfaction

  • 9 out of 10 members are satisfied with the plan.
  • Members had a good experience with no major problems.
  • Good coverage and prompt payment of claims.

Member's Ideas for Improvement

  • Make the medical plans easier to understand.
  • Lower out-of-pocket costs.
  • Lower monthly cost of the plan.
