Find complete details about your PEHP benefits in your Benefits Guide/Summary and Master Policy.

Find these documents when you log in to your PEHP account.

From your PEHP account homepage:

1. Go to the "My Benefits" menu 
2. Find "Benefit Summaries"
3. Choose the "Benefits Summary" or "Master Policy" folder to find documents specific to your benefits.

Your Benefits Guide/Summary contains details specific to your plan, including benefit grids that show what's covered and what isn't and how much your benefit pay.

Your Master Policy contains terms and conditions for using your benefits, including limitations and exclusions.
