If you participate in 10 Wellness Activities during the year – you’ll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of several prizes.* Wellness activities include challenges, webinars, online classes, tobacco quitline, health coaching, and parent coaching.
*Prizes may vary depending on availability and needs of the winner. Drawing held in December 2024. You will be automatically entered into the prize drawing when you complete your 10 PEHP wellness activities and accompanying survey by December 9, 2024. See winners from 2023.
