By registering on www.pehp.org and providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications for MFA and PEHP events. Message frequency varies. Standard Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy. https://www.pehp.org/SMS-privacy-policy
Consent to SMS
- You consent to receive SMS messages from PEHP:
- confirming registration
- reminder before an event
- MFA 2FA access codes
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In
- Where your phone number is collected. During the signup process on the PEHP website or by contacting our call center.
- How is your phone number collected. You provided a valid number during the signup process on the PEHP website or by contacting our call center.
- This is where you will Opt-In.
Opt-Out and Help
- Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency
- Maximum of two messages per event registration.
- MFA 2FA codes as needed to access websites and services
Liability
PEHP is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or technical issues beyond our control.
Compliance
We adhere to TCPA and CTIA standards for SMS communications.
Sample Messages
Example 1 (Registration Confirmation):
PEHP: Your registration is confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Example 2 (Reminder):
PEHP Reminder: Your event is in 3 days. Reply STOP to cancel messages or HELP for support.
Example 3 (2FA):
PEHP Security: Your one-time passcode is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
