PEHP Advantage Network Identification Cards

The Advantage Network is based primarily around Intermountain Healthcare facilities and practitioners. The provider network also includes certain other non-Intermountain Healthcare practitioners and facilities (based on geographical need). Covered services rendered to members on the Advantage Network are reimbursed based on PEHP’s fee schedule. Members must utilize Advantage Network providers in order to receive maximum benefits. Some plans with the Advantage Network do not have out-of-network benefits.

 

 

PEHP State Advantage Network Identification Cards

State of Utah employees enjoy the same network options with our Advantage Network but have a different logo on the back of their cards to distinguish them from other employer groups.

 

  

PEHP Summit Network Identification Cards

The PEHP Summit Network is based primarily around non-Intermountain Healthcare facilities and practitioners. This network also includes Primary Children's Medical Center and all rural IHC facilities. The network includes 35 hospitals, the University of Utah, Steward Health, and Mountain Star facilities. Members must utilize Summit Network providers and hospitals in order to receive maximum benefits. Some Summit Network plans do not have out-of-network benefits.

PEHP Summit Exclusive Identification Cards

Groups that have elected the Summit Network as their exclusive network option enjoy the same provider network options with our Summit Network, but have a different logo on the back of their card to distinguish them from other groups.

 

PEHP Preferred Network Identification Cards

The PEHP Preferred Network consists of both Intermountain Healthcare and non-Intermountain Healthcare facilities and practitioners. Almost all hospitals in the state of Utah participate in this plan. Covered services rendered to members on the Preferred Network are reimbursed based on PEHP’s fee schedule. Members are encouraged to utilize participating providers to maximize their benefits. Some Preferred Network plans offer the flexibility to see a non-contracted provider for covered benefits.

 

PEHP Capital Network Identification Cards

The PEHP Capital Network is primarily centered around Iasis and University of Utah Healthcare facilities and associated practitioners. This network also includes Primary Children's Hospital and all rural facilities. The physician panel is smaller as participating provider must have access to the participating facilities Members must utilize Capital Network providers and hospitals in order to receive maximum benefits. Some Capital Network plans do not have out-of-network benefits.
