PEHP requires all providers to submit their claims electronically. See the types of claims PEHP will accept by paper.
If you're a new provider serving PEHP members and need to be added to our system to submit claims via our portal, UHIN, or your preferred clearinghouse, please fill out the Provider Account Information Form. We need to know your (or your clearinghouse's) UHIN assigned Trading Partner Number (TPN), individual NPI number, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) for the new provider.
